Epshu Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever.

The product being out of stock or unavailable in the quantity requested.
Errors in product information, pricing, or availability.
Issues identified by our payment or fraud detection systems.

If your order is cancelled after your payment has been processed, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–15 working days.
Note: Promo codes or discount vouchers used during the purchase will not be reissued or refunded in case of cancellation, whether initiated by the customer or by us.

Cancellation Terms:
A cancellation fee of 3% of the total order value will be deducted from your refund amount.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 15 working days to your original payment method.

It must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
A return/exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
Innerwear and intimate products cannot be returned or exchanged once used, due to hygiene reasons.
Replacement Timeline
Once your return is approved, the replacement product will be shipped to you within 15 working days.

Innerwear, shapewear, and compression garments once used or tried.
